Annunity Distribution

I had an affair three years ago. I know that My husband said he forgave me, but i have been living with abuse and cruilty for 3 years. I want to put an end to my marriage and move one. MY questin is,I know that alimoney is out when infedilty is involved, but am I still entitled to half of his annuity and pension and half of the house. He has had numerous affairs himself only i can't prove it.

You receive half of whatever has been saved or earned from the date of your marriage to the filing of the divorce complaint. Misconduct does not disqualify you or him from equitable distribution of the marital estate.
