I was married in Las Vegas in February of 2004. I am seeking an analment.How do I go about it? I am from Cleveland,Ohio.

To file for an annulment in New Jersey one of you must have been a New Jersey resident for at least one year.

To establish grounds for annulment requires an in-depth consultation at an attorney's office.
