are answering machine tapes allowed in NJ courts

Hello,i need help ,please.. my x dropped health ins on twins and my son has a heart condition ,i went pro se and he had a lawyer ,i won and has to provide ins now 22 days later still no ins so i called his attorney and left a voice mail message saying where is the health ins my son has been with out meds for heart condition since july and i would hold attorney accountable if something happen to my son WELL the attorney wrote me saying i threaten him and for me not to contact his firm that he saved my message i said nothing wrong i did also say i was reporting him to the bar for lying in a court motion.. please help i did nothing wrong

can answering machine tapes be used in court

Subject to some evidence issues, yes, they could be used in court. I don't think you have much to worry about. I suggest you file a motion if to enforce the order if he is not going to live up to it.
