My ex husband filed a motion to ''Enforce Litigants Rights'' and I need to answer. What forms do I use?

Re: Answering a Motion

I understand that you probably do not have the money, but I strongly suggest that you at least consult an attorney if you can not afford to hire one. You really need to try to get a lawyer on your side. If you have custody of the kids, he should be paying child support to you; very often, too little gets paid to ex-wives, and they dont even know they are getting shortchanged.

I could not answer your question. It will depend on what is going on in your case.

Re: Answering a Motion

The court should be able to give the appropriate forms. From what I have seen, its really all the same form when responding to a motion, you just check off boxes to indicate what you are responding to. I live and practice in Ocean County and I suggest you at least consult with some attorneys. You can call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case. My initial consultations are always free.

Good luck!
