Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

We applied for child support reduction for my significant other for his first born son's child support payment. He got laid off over a year ago and we have been current with payment but now it is almost impossible to even keep our house and our bad investment mortgages. We were denied child support reduction due to the fact that we have a couple of properties that we have tried different business from but nothing has really work, they have actually put us on the berge of forclousure of our own home and declaring bankrupcy.

We got an an attorney after filing a motion on our own to reduce the child support payment and his exwife got her former attorney to file a cross motion. We thought that an attorney would help up and 1500 dollars later and god know how much more after receiving his latest bill, our motion was denied and we even have to pay a bill for a no network doctor that she decided to go to know that my significant other had not insurance, but I did and I have included her son in it.

We are not married, we have been together for almost ten years and have three kids.Last motion that reduced the child support payment by 20 dollars was 5 years ago and thousands of dollars later. I am self employed, run a cleaning business in nj where I ran myself crazy work my a.. off, have three kids and no one gives me a penny to pay a bill. My business is not making enough money to cover our personal bill,over mortgages on investments that are on the market for sale but not selling, never mind my boyfriends exwife child support and forced

"private" 77% school tuition payments a month for thank god, FINALLY ! last year of grammar school. I love my partner and my step son but I really feel that I am so againts the wall and cought up in the middle of this financial crisis we are going through that I am thinking of declaring bankrupt and going on goverment assistance asmany women in this country that have children and no husband.

I can not even at this point afford sometimes clothing for my children as we are to over our necks with bills, credit card payment and mortgages

I am in desperate need for help, I can not understand this system, the judges reason reason to deny is that my cleaning business should be enough and he is living in unemployment and trying out a pizzeria out of our renatal property where we only sell 40 dollars a week....
