How to go about getting arrears and garnishment w/out an attorney?
How do I go about recieving arrears and getting the ordered child support garnished since he is not paying? Can I get any forms to fill out? I can no longer afford an attorney since my last attorney did nothing at all but waste my money. Please let me know what I can do.

Go to the Child Support Enforcement Division of your local District Attorneys Office. They will open a case, forward it to the other state and proceed to determine arrearages, enforce ongoing support, and institute wage withholding.

hi -
i would call the probation department in the county where the order is enforced and ask the caseworker assigned to your case to set up a court hearing for enforcement. if this is a post-divorce case, you may have to file a pro se notice of motion to do this. most courthouses now have a pro se litigant package for you to do this on your own. if you have any other questions, feel free to call me at 609 263-0089. good luck !!
