arrest on a violation of restraining order

What is the statue of Limitation for a person to go to trial for this matter? ITs been 5 months now and i have not been arraigned but have been in court where there is no record. I have not been provided with the charges and I lost my job as a result of a false arrest placed by my ex wife. Who can I sue as a result of this matter?

It's 10 days. What you need is a good attorney that will shake things up and get this case dismissed. You probably won't get far by yourself.
