Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my aunt keeps calling dyfus and telling them false stories about me and my children,every time they come the case is always unfounded because what she says is untrue.how can i stop this harassment? is there a way to get her and dyfus in trouble for the false alligations?

This is tough because you would have to prove that she is calling DYFS on you cannot get those records.

This is a tough one. A smart lawyer may be able to get DYFS to back off, and to make it less likely that DYFS will pursue an investigation in the future. It may take some careful planning.
