You really should speak to an attorney ASAP. The other two attorneys are near you, but I have no problem helping you as well.

My intial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

You speak as if you and your son are trash that is getting put out of the house because it is Thursday, trash day.

Do not leave your house until you have gotten advice from an attorney. Divorce is complicated, nasty and difficult. Get a lawyer quickly.

Call if you like. I never charge for an initial phone call.

Whose house is it? Did you buy it with her or was it purchased during your marriage?

You should give me a call.
