Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was awarded residental custody in 2010 of my two children. My children have lived with me since 2006 with visitation with their father on the weekends. Their father filed a motion this week to make him the residental, lower child support, retro child support(because he has been laid off), specific holiday schedrul, & neutral pick up and drop off spot. His only reason for wanting residental custody is financial. He says N.J. has better schools than De ( where we reside)and he would be able to take them to more extra activites. There has been no changes in my life or my ability to care for my children. I am a teacher with no substance abuse or crimanal record of any kind. Do you think he has any chance?
