Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Back alimony and child support

There probably is a statute of limitations, but I'd like to know if after being divorced for 30 years can I make a claim against a former spouse's estate for unpaid court ordered alimony and child support?

No, not at all. You are barred by laches, its not a statute but a doctrine of equity.
