Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

bad domestic situation woman will not leave

I am in New Jersey, and in my 50's girlfriend is in her mid 50's

I am living with girlfriend with a son who will be 18 this summer.

Not married, and I am not the biological father but do everything I can for the boy.

They have lived in my home for 5 years... trouble started with the woman and I have asked her to leave for the past 4 years.

No relation ship of any kind she sleeps in seperate bedroom and I even have my own bathroom that is seperate

She was working and decided to ''retire'' two years ago and now will do nothing to help support or pay bills

I really need her out of my life now that the child is 18 and will be off to college

I am threatend with Palamony and other idle threats constantly

Please advise
