Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I had went through a bankruptcy, and the equity from my 1/2 of the home was to go to the arrears of my support obligation. I had been unemployed for over a year. My trustee of my bankruptcy has informed me that the $ went out over 30 days ago to my ex's attorney, and I have check copies showing they both signed these checks. Probation has not been alerted, and I still show the arrears, and it is reported to the credit bureau every week. Probation has me scheduled to be in court next week, but I would like to hear any suggestions on what I can do. I would not only like to have my records updated. I would also like to take legal action against this attorney, and ex if possible for this act. (if possible?). PLEASE ADVISE ASAP. I live in Monmouth County NJ

Thank You.
