Bednar vs Bednar

Please explain Bednar vs Bednar, 193, Super. 330 (app. Div. 1984) in regard to pre-nuptial and pending divorce.

This is an odd question. First, I'm not really sure where you are going here. You should have an attorney and if you don't, trying to understand cases by asking attorneys on this board will probably not turn out that good for you. Thus, I suggest you get an attorney.

Nevertheless, I haven't read Bednar in a while but from what I know about the case the Court found that �There is no absolutely iron-clad rule for determining the date for evaluation but use of a consistent date is preferable such as the filing of the complaint,� or perhaps the time of the hearing, depending on the nature of the asset and any compelling equitable considerations.�
