Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Looking to begin the process of divorcing from my wife. Been married about 4-years and no kids. We own a house which the mortgage is in my wife's name. I'm on the title. My wife is currently unemployed she left a six-figure job for emotional reasons. I'm currently working and paying the household bills. My wife went back home to Houston where she's currently staying with her parents. She left our home about 2-months ago.

With all that said above which the most efficient way to begin untangling what we started so, that we can move with our lives. Also, we don't have a lot assets between us. I would like to do this in the least cost effective way. I've heard mediation is a good way to go and the attorney file the divorce paperwork. Look forward to your reply. Thank-you.

If the 2 of you can agree on your asset division then a property settlement agreement could be prepared and divorce complaint can be filed for a lesser cost. I am also a certified divorce mediator. If you decide to use my service then I cannot represent either party. I would suggest that you call my office and I will give you a one-half hour free consultation and explain everything to you.
