not biological father

at the moment i have custody of my daughter and my ex husband only gets to see her in the weekends....i realize he's not the biological father...once i tell him what will happen later?what legal procedures do i have to go through...

When you tell him she is not his child you will be raising some rather complex issues. After all, he has bonded with her and she with him and he has acted as her father for years. Secondly, a child born during marriage is presumed to be the product of the marriage. You are stepping into the unknown

because you do not know how he will react to such news and then you do not know what impact such news will have on the child.
