Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Are there books or strategies for manupilating the divorce

Hello,My wife of 25 years and myself are going in for a divorce. She has a lifelong habit of deception and manupilation behind one's back. She is out to redefine me to the legal system. I know for sure she she does not believe what she is now putting out. In communication with my attorney she delibrately uses totally inapplicable terminology such as ''conning'', ''harrassing'', ''hell'', ''secretive'', etc. This has totally not been the situation in my financial relationship with her. I did not consider ''mine'' and ''your'' even an worthy though in a marriage. I earned almost everything and spent it completely on the family. She had been hiding her own earnings. The question is, does this redefining work to a persons advantage in the legal arena, to sow doubt in peoples mind, or even to influence my own attorney? Are there some books or strategies which laywers advise their clients on! I simply want a fair parting of ways and I am not looking for any vindictiveness or that she should suffer of face hardships in life!

It sounds like you can not get these questions answered to your satisfaction by your divorce attorney.

If you are not satisfied with the services of your divorce attorney, you have some options. I suggest you very carefully consider the cost, delay and duplication of effort before you hire another attorney.
