Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My boyfriend is being abused physically and mentally by his dad. He is only 17 and cannot afford an attorney. He doesn't want to loose his entire family and he needs his parents to pay for college. Is there something to do to help the situation or does he just have to put up with it

if you have seen him being physically abused, you can call DCPP and report it. that is Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
