Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My boyfriend is 17 I'm 19 we have a one month on since my son was born I've been living with his mom and him with the baby Monday afternoon she kicked him out after swinging at him and he pushed her on the floor because she was beating on him when she called the cops to arrest him the cops said there was nothing they could do he is a juvenile then she told them he was a danger to others because she was trying to get money for him by having him convince hisself he was crazy for SSI money so then the cop looked for him and didn't find him so reported him missing . Tuesday she let us back in then Wednesday around 12am going into Thursday he was looking for headphones so he asked her with a attitude because she threw all his stuff in bags so she got up and kicked us out again over that and held a knife at us I called the cops they came and let me remove my stuff in peace today she called my boyfriends coach and told him he couldn't play football at the end of the day this women is ruining his life and he has no say she had a dyfs case for child abandonment isn't this child abandonment ? She also kicked him out when I was pregnant and tried to hit him with a pot but she covers her self and calls the cops on him then dyfs and makes it look like he's doing all the crazy ness what can we do legally for her to get out both his and my life ? Please any help
