Bribery

My ex-husband is trying to pay me off to change our parenting plan that is filed with the court. Can this be considered bribery? If so, would I report him to the Judge, my attorney or the police?

Bribery must involve an attempt to corrupt a public official. Financial inducements to resolve civil litigation matters are not criminal except in extreme circumstances. See a lawyer in person.
