Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Brother and sister in-law are in family argument. Sister in-law ‘s parents lives with them one hour away from me. Recently brother had fight with his father in law, who will not watch their 6month old son. Both brother and sister in-law go to work. I go to work too. Now brother will drop off baby to my house, even after I explained that I do not want to get involved while they are in legal matters. The poor little 6 months old is my little nephew, I do not want to call DYFS or Cops. What are my choices?
