Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My brother-in-law was assaulted by his wife. He pressed charges and she was removed from the house. His wife does not work and has no visible means of support. Will he have to pay for her lawyer?

Your brother in law needs a very good divorce attorney, right now.

Have him give me a call, no charge for the call, and I will speak with him.

Possibly. Either way, he needs to pay for his own lawyer asap. I have an office in Mercer County, so he can contact me at 732/773/2768 to discuss this in more detail.
