Cell Phone Recoreds

Can I have my husband's cell phone records subphonaed to prove that he may be cheating on me.

Yes. It takes six weeks for a big utility like the phone company to respond to a subpeona. To issue a subpoena a record requires that there be a matter pending in court.

Hi,

It depends. First, a lawsuit or some court action has to be pending to issue a subpoena. Second, phone records are somewhat sensitive and the phone companies do not always honor them, and it might require a Court Order.
