change of court date

once court date has been changed, can it be changed back?

In the Family Division, the Judges generally have control over their own calendars, but there are some constraints imposed by the Presiding Judge as to what types of cases should be heard on certain days. So the answer is that a Judge could probably move your matter from one day or time to another but depending on the circumstances, there may be certain restrictions.

Yes. Court has discretion to change back the date on mutual requeat of both parties or of its own due restriction of their calander and inform the parties or their concerned attorney/lawyer if any by issueing court notice.
