Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

changing custody

My ex husband pay me child support and we share custody. Half the week they are with him and half with me. He keeps asking me for money for there clothes, birthday gifts, medical and dental. My agreement was for out of pocket medical, or school only. I want full custody now since I cannot get him to stop harassing me. Will I get full custody?

Re: changing custody

Pretty clearly, you do not have an attorney. You probably can not afford one.

You need an attorney's assistance. You need basic information on what your rights are. You need some guidance from an attorney.

Have you tried Legal Services? this bulletin board will NOT let me post ANY phone number but please look up 'Legal Aid Society of Monmouth County', and 'Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services'. I am looking at your phone number, but I know if I write it here, then my response to you will be deleted by the computer system.

If you can possibly pay for an attorney, then try the Monmouth Bar Association, out of Freehold.

Not for that reason. Mr. Davies did a good job at answering your question.
