Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Changing names

I had a daughter born out of web lock. I gave our daughter my last name because I have full custody of her and I felt it would be less complicated if her and I had the same last name. I am now married and have taken on my married name. Is there any way to change my daughter's last name to my married name without my husband having to adopt her?
