Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Chil Custody

I gave my mother custody of my daughter in 1999. I was too young to take care of her, and now I'm married with 2 other children and want I my daughter back. How hard would it be to get custody back?

Re: Chil Custody

Thank you for your inquiry. The key to your obtaining custody of the child revolves around how the Judge views your current living conditions.

As it would be my pleasure to speak to you regarding your situation, please feel free to contact my office at 732 246 0909 to discuss same.

If your mother does not consent you will have to convince that it is in the best interest of the child to separate it from the person who has acted as "mother" for four years and nearly all thel child's life, a tough burden.
