Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child abuse

my 2and a half year old fell out of a wagon while in my care. She has bruises on her left side of face. Mother and I are not together and she doesn't want me to see the child. She has hit me with child abuse charges, I have seen the prosecutor, and social services. She has also no hit me with assault charges on the child. I wasn't even in the area of the child when it happened. I am in bankruptcy right now and cannot afford an attoryney. What can I do?

Criminal charges involving the alleged abuse of s child are very serious. I would advise you to borrow money to hire an attorney because you could be in a great deal of trouble.
