Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Alimony and Custody

Hello, could you briefly explain to me what happens to a child (how much alimony, visitations, custody the child gets) in case the parents divorce in NJ? And also if it is possible to take the child abroad with one of the parents and legally grant child custody to grandparents not to the other parent in case of the divorcing parent's death ?

Thank you very much.

Those few questions will trigger a 20 minute conversation and thus, cannot be discussed here. You have numerous issues to discuss and you have a few concepts confused (i.e., a child does not get alimony). Please call an attorney to discuss this.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
