Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If I have a child with my boyfriend and then want to leave him what am I entitled to. The situation is I am a young 23 year old who was in college and had to stop going to begin raising my child. The man is an older affluent man who works constantly and is not around for additional support. I am currently living with him because I dont have the finance to leave and feel like a prisoner. Any response would be great.

You should sit down with an attorney and discuss all of your options. It sounds like you can get a decent amount of child support.
