Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child care

i have a court order, for joint custody and my son's information is not being shared. i,m not allowed to call her house, and talk with her about anything to do with my son. i'm told to send an email. she also dropped his health care without telling me anything about it. i found out when he got sick. i went to my job and had to do an emergency coverage. i have letters from her telling me not to call her. she has given my SS # out ; without me knowing. she has filled out forms in my name, so that we can each get bill separately with respect to child care. this was done so that i wouldn't be able to see if there was a balance. what should i do?

Re: child care

You need a lawyer to help you to put a stop to this. You need to ask the Court to enter an Order forcing her to stop this nonsense.

Call if you like; I never charge for a first phone call.

You can then decide how you would like to proceed.
