If there is no court judgement, are you required to pay child's college education?

There's no PSA? Did you even get divorced? If that's the case, you'll have to go back to court to work this out. NJ requires divorced parents to support their children with college. I suggest you meet with an attorney to discuss all this in person.

An application can be made to the Court to compel such contribution by a parent, but the Court will make a determination based upon a number of factors.
