Re: child custody

What do you want? If you want her back, you should file a motion with the court ASAP, like today! It wouldn't be a normal motion either and its rather too involved to discuss here. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss it; my initial consultations are always free.

Re: child custody

Hi,

You need to file a motion to have her returned immediately. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to get her back in New Jersey.

I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.

Re: child custody

To change custody a Court order must be obtained by the father. Secondly, has she told you that she wants to stay with her father and why. In other words is she trying to escape your scrutiny and control by moving in with her father who is easier for to manipulate as ths experiences her

teenage years.

The Court give some considerable weight to her residential preference but it is not necessarily dispositive of the question.

Call me if you like.
