Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child custody

My estranged husband has been dating a 19 year old girl within a month after he left. At the time, I was 8 months pregnant. He thinks nothing of bringing this girl and his relationship with this girl around his three year old son from a previous marriage. Our son is now one month old and he has made it clear to me that he has no reservations about making this girl a part of his visitations with our son. He also refuses to tell me her last name so I can at least check her out. Do I have any right to know her last name? Is there anyway I can restrict his visitation so she is not present when he has our son?

Re: child custody

Unless the girlfriend engages in inappropriate behavior while in presence of your child has has engaged in behavior which indicate that she poses a threat to your child, there is nothing that you can do to keep her from accompanying your husband when he visits with the child.
