child custody

my ex-wife currently has sole custody of my 15 year old son. when we got divorced my life was a mess, since that time i got my life back together and now i want joint legal custody. how do i proceed?

What does your son want? Whatever he decides is pretty much going to control what happens here. If he wants visitation with you and there is nothing horrible that she can point to, then you should get it.

You must file a motion under your divorce judgment to modify custody. You will need an attorney.
