Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

CHILD CUSTODY issues need help

IN 91 my husband was married and they had a baby then, THE ex- left nj while my husband was at work, and took the baby with her, she went back to ohio. but my husband had gotten a custody order here, it is for full custody of the child. he went to ohio to go and try to get him to no avail several times, she hide the child from him for a long time.

NOW just last nov 03 his work gets a support verification for his wages, and we also found out that the EX gave guardianship of the child to an ex-boyfriend he has had this child off and on since he was 3yrs old. but he went for guardianship in 99, MY HUSBAND was not notified of this taken place in ohio, but the court told me that they did notify him thru the newspaper, when infact that the Ex new where my husband was all this time. and they went ahead and gave the ex-boyfriend guardianship of the child. she the ex-wife is not a fit mother to any of her children... I know nj's custody order is valid , but is the guardianship null and void. since we have had the custody order since 91. my husband has not seen his son for 13yrs becuase of the Ex-wife hiding him and moving around alot in ohio.HUSband wants his son and wants custody of him , what can be done about this.

thankyou

k
