Re: child custody
Get a new attorney. That's all there is to it.
Re: child custody
Horrible. And typical, it happens all the time.
Your lawyer should return your calls. Get another lawyer to help you.
This kind of situation is NOT easy to fix just by running to Court. It is a lot smarter to plan it carefully.

Re: child custody
Are you prepared to pay an attorney to solve your problem? For your previous attorney to fail to call you back usually means you are not willing/able to pay him.
Call me you like. I can help you.
