Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Custody/ Middlesex County

Who is the most well known, well respected, most successful Family Law Lawyer in the New Brunswick area? The one name that everyone else dreds going up against? My ex has summitted to the courts altered documents. The courts looked the other way even though I had summitted the original document, the altered document (summitted to the courts as evidence by my ex) and other supporting evidence that the original had been altered. The Judge did not even respond in any way to this evidence. My ex filed a motion and when the Judge ruled on it and it wasn't to his liking, made multiple attempts to have it looked at time and time again, filing a short order to show cause, intiment harm and danger,(which he did not show any actual harm or danger, in fact said he had no problem with me having parenting time with my son, all the time trying to deny me the very same) I had to respond time and time again to defend these repetitive motions, which where ALL denied in the end. Now my ex's lawyer is proposing to the courts that I make 2X the income I have ever actually made to base child support to give to my ex that has already given all of his net worth away in Atlantic City! HELP!

Re: Child Custody/ Middlesex County

Well my firm is in New Brunswick but I'm not about to try to rank my firm over another since that is rather unethical to do. However, I can tell you that we are one of the few firms that fight for our clients as if it was our own case, every time. There is a lot of pressure on attorneys to settle cases and not to "rock the boat". When I told one Judge that I can't hold a gun to my client's head and force him to settle, the Judge told me I can and I must; that my job is that of a saleman and I have to sell my client on this crappy deal. Of course, I didn't do that and I went right to her and told her what the Judge said.

I also get a lot of cases from clients who had an attorney that told them there was no way to win and I found several ways to win the case. My consultations are always free so you have nothing to lose by calling me and/or meeting with me to discuss your case. Call me at 732/247/3340 and I'll let you know how I can fight for you.

Good luck!
