Child custody

If a mother and infant are tested positive for marijuana at time of birth and father is neg and gets custody of baby, what are the mothers rights towards that child? Doesn't the father get to make all decisions regarding that child? (DYFS is involved, but does not seem to know any of these questions)

Nothing is automatic. It will depends on what the court decides.
