child custody of newborn in florida

My sons girlfriend got pregnant , at 5 months pregnent she moved to florida. she just recently had the baby and now has no intentions of return to New Jersey to let my son have contact with his daughter.I would like to know what his rights are and will it be a mess considering she is in florida. Please help!!!

This is a difficult situation, but not an impossible one.

Your son should sue for visitation. He should consult with an attorney in Florida, since that is where the child is.
