Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child custody in nj and moving

Is there a law or statute surrounding the issue of moving and child custody. My boyfriend has his kids every other week-he shares the custody of the kids 50/50. His ex wants to move about an hour away(currently she lives about fifteen minutes away) Since we have the kids all week, we transport them to their respective schools every morning. We would be unable to do that if she moved. She has also had the child change schools twice in the past six months. Please help.

yes, there is law on that issue but each case is different. I suggest you speak to an attorney in person to discuss this issue.
