Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child custody

I have partial custody of my 3 year old daughter there is a restraining order against her dad. he can't see us contact or anything of that nature he is in the rears with child support as well never paided a dime. How can i get 100% custody of her with no visitation rights to him.

No visitation by a parent would have to be based on the parent posing some sort of danger to the child.

As for sole custody, it will not, itself, limit contact between the other parent and the child.
