Child Custody

I am a single mother and my sons father is now taking me to court for full custody. I don't know if I should be worried.I have been nothing but a good mom and his father has had no complaints up until this oct. my son was w/his father for labor day weekend.. me and mom got into an argument and she told me to leave. so while my son was with his dad I looked for a place to stay and someone offered me a room to rent and so I moved in by time my son was due to come home.

I left after 3wks and have been back at my moms since.. my son never goes without. That one weekend has ruined my rep as a mother to my childs father , now I don't know if he has a case against me..... I really don't know

If your child's father has made an application to the Court for custody, it is certainly something to be concerned about. I need to learn more facts about the weekend and your moving out of your mother's house, as well as other issues before drawing any definite conclusions.
