Child Custody

My wife and I are going thru a divorce. After the divorce will she be able to take my son (4yrs.old) to another state without my consent?

Either the two of you agree upon sharing time with

your child or the judge will decide with whom the

child lives and where the child lives. It is not really that simple. Call me for more information.
