Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child custody/welfare of child

My ex and I have joint legal while I have residential custody. My ex has made some concerning decisions lately regarding our son. My ex had been staying at his mother's since his divorce in Dec. A few months ago his girlfriend started staying too and the 3 of them would share the bedroom (my ex, his Gf & my son). I brought this up and my ex didn't think it was wrong but said it wouldnt happen again. This past weekend my son comes home and tells me that his father was sick & vomiting after attending a party (drunk) and that they stayed at the GF's home (she lives with her father) and not only did they all share the bedroom but my ex slept on a coulch in the room whily my 8y/o son slept in the bed with the GF. What can I do about this? They are supposed to be moving into a house they bought this weekend and im concerned of what is going to go on there. I dont think he should be getting drunk while in care of our son and in no way should my son be sharing a bed with a woman. From what I heard this Gf is a partier and my ex used to be into drugs but as far as I know doesn't and hasnt in about 9 years.

The only thing you can do is file a motion with the court. Not sure if you really need an attorney here, but I still suggest you meet with one to discuss the case.
