Child custody/welfare
My son came home from his dad's the other weekend explaining to me how to play 'beer pong'. now there have been some incidents over the last few months that leave me to question the welfare of my son in his care. several of them are related to drinking. im not a prude but I dont carry on like that in the presence of my children. i want to take action but i dont know what to do, especially with not having the money for a huge custody fight. what can i do? im in south jersey.

It depends on several factors. Most importantly is there an existing order. If so, you should be able to file a motion which shows a significant change in circumstances to get the father's parenting time changed.
If there is no order in place, then you can file a motion to limit his parenting time without showing a change from the prior order.

Why would would there have to be a hugh custody fight? So long as the other parent acts in this matter there should be no visitation. Call me if you like.

You could call DYFS. Otherwise, file a motion with the court by yourself if you cannot afford an attorney.
