child enforement

my ex-husband had custody of the kids and then he dropprd the kids off to me i have had my children for 8 months.my child support case was closed,he reopened my case and there was a warrarent out for my arrest, i surrenered to the court house and i seen the judge i was told i had to pay 600.00 and i have had the children since aug.he reopened the case and said i did not pay any child support, but i have the children and have had then since aug.shouldnt he be paying me.do i have to pay that 600 or can i fight it.my ex-husband has been taking me back and forth to court for 10 years for nothing is there anything i can do to stop this

This sounds like a very strange situation. I suggest you get a lawyer, whether it be a private lawyer or through legal services. This has to be sorted out.
