Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child

my soon to be ex husband is planning on taking my 8 year old daughter to see his sister, her aunt in michigan. the problem is that i do not want him to take her because i feel this is an unsafe environment. his sister is addicted to methadone and i am not sure if she is also taking herione which she was addicted to prior. i would like to know how i can prevent him from taking her and not having my daughter subjected to that type of environment. also the week he is planning on taking her is the week of her birthday which he said he will not be back for. please let me know what i can do!!!

Re: child

You are going to have to file a motion if you can't work this out with him on your own. I strongly suggest getting an attorney to help you with this.

Re: child

Put the baby in the car, and drive to see a divorce attorney. Now. Today. Before dinner.

Get some advice. Do not let him cause your child to get hurt. And start to decide what you are going to do with your marriage.
