seeing my child

a judge in new jerse ordered suporvised visets whith my little girl when there was no violent acts no drugs no drinking ever was in my history he is going on with a statement that my ex wife said that i yell alot after ordering a probation report it came back to restore visitation with minor child and father,the judge said no he was not satified with the report he ordered did the judge violate my rights as a father under nj law and what does the law read.

In accordance with a relatively recent directive from the Administrative Office of the Court, Probation Best Interest evaluations are no longer permitted to include ultimate recommendations. The Judge is on his own for the decision.
