What state is the support order from?

Take all the evidence that you have to the attorney so that an appropriate strategy can be developed.

No need to tell your ex what you know until after you have had a legal consultation

You need immediate assistance from an attorney. Say nothing to your ex at this point. An application needs to be made to the Court to resolve this quickly.

Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit ofinformation that you have given to me. There certainly may be other facts that would change my opinion. You will have to file a motion to have a dna test done which the Court will recognize and once the child is determined not to be yours your child support obligation to the child will end.

We can do everything using computers and fax machine to file papers with the Court.
